About Saharan Catering
	The husband and wife team of Naima and Greg Hyver have a passion for the African continent.   Naima was born and spent most of her life in Morocco.  Greg was a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Guinea, West Africa, and travelled extensively over the region.
		At Saharan Catering, we hope to feed your adventurous spirit and intellectual curiousity, both literally and figuratively, by bringing the North African culture to you.   Saharan Catering is synonymous with "exotic" and "enchanting".  Our goal is to deliver PIZZAZZ to your parties and to present your guests with a learning experience.   Perhaps you will choose to eat with your hands for the first time, share a dance with one of our belly dancers, or learn a few Arabic phrases.  As the host and hostess, wear one of our (optional) traditional costumes to the event.  We'll even loan you a few of our spectacular decorations to set the mood of your event.  And, most unforgettable of all will be the succulent dishes prepared by your Moroccan chef.
